Making workplace equality a priority

An inclusive workplace is a key factor in the positive development of society. We work hard to be a place where people celebrate who they are and what they bring to Sweco. As an open, diverse, and inclusive organisation, we represent the diversity of existing and future clients. This enables us to meet our clients’ needs more effectively and makes Sweco a great place to work.

While we strive to ensure our workforce better represents our clients and society, we recognise that we still have work to do. As part of our ongoing efforts to improve inclusivity, our Diversity and Inclusion working group meets regularly. The group proposes and introduces measures designed to create a more supportive environment for all Sweco employees.
